The mission of Black Soil KY is to reconnect Black Kentuckians to their heritage and legacy in agriculture. By bringing together urban families with rural and urban-based Black farmers across the state, they help introduce opportunities in agriculture that promote self-sufficiency and encourage healthy living.

During a short sprint, my team and I helped Black Soil achieve a cohesive brand presence by creating a brand guide that included logo updates, color and typography recommendations, as well as an overall look, tone, and feel for their brand.
