With legislative attacks against the LGBTQ+ community sweeping the nation, Cornett created a small campaign to establish that our workplace will always be a safe haven for self expression.

I was honored to create the identity of our “Work Is A Drag” policy; an official policy that welcomes and encourages any employee who wishes to dress in drag at the office.

To commemorate the unprecedented policy addition, we enlisted the help of Scarlet Envy, a Kentucky native and contestant from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 11 and All Stars Season 6, along with some of our own coworkers, who dressed in drag for the day.
